The project is in line with the specific objective of Priority Axis 4, which is to increase the number of inhabitants of the region using the cultural heritage of the Lubuskie Voivodeship. The subject of the project is the reconstruction and extension of the building at Wyszyńskiego 19Afor the needs of the Youth Culture and Education Center “Dom Harcerza” in Zielona Góra. As part of the investment, created was infrastructure that will improve the quality of the institution's work. It gained additional laboratories and rooms with appropriate technical properties. The aim of the project is to increase the number of people from the functional urban area of Zielona Góra that will benefit from the cultural and educational offer. The goal will be achieved by adjusting the free cultural program offer to the reported demand, especially in terms of the number of classes, thematic scope and number of places, creating conditions conducive to the creativity and development of employees, improving the attractiveness and availability of classes, including enabling the use of the offer by disabled people and other residents, regardless of the state of health (mobility), social and financial status. Reducing the differences in access to cultural life and ensuring equal access to good-quality art education by improving the quality and accessibility of the public offer will enable the activation of the population in the sphere of culture, will allow them to use their potential for the development of the region, contributing to the improvement of the quality and attractiveness of life in Zielona Góra functional urban area. The project continues the activities undertaken earlier by the City to improve the living conditions of the city's inhabitants and to increase its attractiveness
